Around-the-clock Security: Stationed at the front gate of the Emerald site, security staff will ensure the gated grounds are safe and secure. Regular site patrols are also par for the course.


Applicable Fees:

A small price to pay to secure your investment, below are the applicable maintenance fees that will be managed by the condominium juristic person under the supevision of the property management company, Samui Hospitality Solutions.

• 500 THB/sqm one off payment to sinking fund (for emergencies)
